2022 Annual Meeting Notice

As a member of Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company, you are invited to the annual meeting on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m CDT. The meeting will be held virtually and at the home office at 808 Highway 18 West in Algona, Iowa. If you are interested in attending the virtual meeting, please register at AnnualMeeting.phmic.com by May 19, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. CDT.

The meeting agenda will include a member report, the election of Directors whose terms are expiring, and other matters as may properly come before the meeting, as specified in the Bylaws. Members may add business items to the agenda by written submission to the Secretary at least 30 days prior to the meeting. Each member is entitled to vote by attending the meeting in person or virtually. If you are unable to be present, we encourage you to be represented by proxy by completing the online proxy form at https://apps.phmic.com/proxy/.
