HOW SIMPLEPAY WORKS

SIMPLEPAY enables you to pay Workers’ Compensation premiums based on real-time payroll data as you process your payroll each cycle.

Whether you enter payroll data manually, use a payroll service provider, or manage your own accounting software, SIMPLEPAY calculates your payroll-based premium instantly. Upon receipt of payroll information, your premium for each applicable period is calculated and automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SIMPLEPAY?

Any Pharmacists Mutual policyholder with a minimum Workers’ Compensation policy premium of $2,500 is eligible for SIMPLEPAY at policy renewal or as a Pharmacists Mutual policyholder.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN SIMPLEPAY?

Contact your agent to discuss eligibility and fill out a simple registration form. You will need to provide payroll information and have a valid email address on file with Pharmacists Mutual.
