Biography

Steven Simenson is the CEO and Managing Partner of Goodrich Pharmacy, Inc., five community pharmacies in Minnesota, located in primary care clinics, a grocery store, and an LTC Pharmacy. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy where he now serves as an adjunct faculty member, providing mentorship, clerkships, and a successful Community Pharmacy Residency. He was the 2013-2014 President of the American Pharmacist’s Association, is past president and founder of the Minnesota Pharmacists Foundation, and past president of the Minnesota Pharmacists Association.

He currently serves on the Community Pharmacy Foundation Board, Minnesota Pharmacy Alliance, the Minnesota Department of Health E-HIT Advisory Committee, and the APhA Foundation Board. He is the lead Luminary for CPESN MN. Simenson serves as a leader for innovative practice initiatives in Community Pharmacy and Clinically Integrated Care, including Collaborative Practice, Medication Therapy Management, and Pharmacogenomics. He is actively advocating for the pursuit of Patient Access to and Coverage for Pharmacist Patient Care Services. Simenson was elected to the Board in 2007.
