30 Years
Joanne Eden – Joanne joined Pharmacists Mutual in 1991 as a Rating Clerk. She has served as an All Lines Rating Programmer, Data Quality Coordinator, Sr. Data Analyst, and in 2020 became Sr. Applications System Analyst, where she remains today. She received the Quality Performance award in 2001, 2003, and 2009, the Extra Effort award in 2004, the Gung Ho award in 2010 and 2011, and the Excellence RICE award in 2015, 2018, and 2020. Joanne was also named 2019 Employee of the Year. Congratulations, and thank you for 30 years of service, Joanne!
25 Years
Marcia Miller – In 1991, Marcia first joined Pharmacists Mutual as a Policy Typist, eventually transitioning to Underwriter. In 2004 she joined the Claims team as a Claims Service Representative before moving to a Claims Examiner later that year. Today Marcia serves as Sr. Claims Examiner on the Liability Claims team. Marcia received the Quality Performance award in 1997 and the Citizenship RICE Award in 2018. Congratulations on 25 years with Pharmacists Mutual, Marcia!
20 Years
Stephen Peters – In 2001, Stephen joined Pharmacists Mutual as a Field Representative for Virginia and West Virginia, where he remains today. He has received several awards, including PASI Life Top Producer in 2003, Multiline Producer award in 2012, and Team of the Year in 2017, 2018, and 2020. Congratulations on 20 years with Pharmacists Mutual, Stephen!
Michelle Chally – Michelle joined the company in 2001, serving as an Underwriting Tech before becoming an Underwriter in 2003. Since 2013, Michelle has been serving as a Member Services Representative, where she remains today. She received the Excellence RICE award in 2019. Congratulations on 20 years with Pharmacists Mutual, Michelle!

Megan Miller – Megan joined Pharmacists Mutual in 2006 as a Claims Service Representative for the Claims Team. Today she serves as a Sr. Claims Service Representative. She received the Gung Ho award in 2010, the Excellence RICE award in 2013 and 2016, and the Sandra Bradley award in 2018. Thank you for 15 years of service, Megan!
10 Years
Jen Aultman – Jen began her employment with Pharmacists Mutual in 2011 as a Compliance Specialist. In 2013 she became a Risk Management Consultant, and today she remains on the Risk Management team as a Risk Management Representative. Jen received the Quality Performance award in 2014, the Excellence RICE award in 2013, and the Citizenship RICE award in 2018. Congratulations on ten years with Pharmacists Mutual, Jen!

David Nottingham – David joined Pharmacist Mutual in 2016 as a Field Representative, where he currently serves Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Congratulations on five years with Pharmacists Mutual, David!
