Patty Elbert – In 1996, Patty joined Pharmacists Mutual as a Life/Health Account Admin. In 2001 she became a Coverage Advisor. In 2017 she was promoted to Coverage Advisor Manager where she remains today. Patty received the Quality Performance award in 1998 and 2002, the Gung Ho Award in 2010, Multi Line Producer Award in 2011, Coverage Advisor Sales Leader in 2014, Coverage Advisor of the Year in 2015 and 2016, and the Relationship RICE Award in 2017. Wendy Harris – Wendy joined Pharmacists Mutual in 2011 as a Liability Specialist and became the Professional Liability Claims Manager in 2012. In 2015 she obtained the Associate in Risk Management Designation. In 2016 Wendy became the Senior Claims Specialist on the Professional Liability Claims Team and received the 2016 Employee of the Year Award. Mike Lallier – Mike began his employment with Pharmacists Mutual in 2011 as a PC Technician. In 2015 he became a Sr. Help Desk Technician where he remains today. He received the Excellence RICE award in 2020. Congratulations on 10 years with Pharmacists Mutual, Mike!
